COVID-19 Coronavirus

COVID-19 update: we will be working with a reduced staff until 1- 08-2021 and closed the 11th and 12th. We will reopen on the 13th. We will be working hard do you get the orders processed but please be patient as normal shipping times will be delayed.

COVID-19 has impacted a large percentage of our staff this week. As announced earlier we have been working with a reduced staff and shipping times have been delayed. At this point, we feel that it is necessary to close Monday and Tuesday of next and re-open Wednesday the 13th. Once we reopen on the 13th there will be a backlog of orders so please be patient with us while we get caught up.

COVID-19 update: Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our staff shipping time may be increased. Please allow up to 72 (business) hours for your order to ship.

2021 is off to a challenging start for us. Several members of our team have been impacted by COVID-19. This may delay our shipping times due to a reduced workforce over the next couple of weeks. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

COVID-19 update: We are open and operating our normal hours. Most orders are shipping within our 1 to 2 business day window.

As of April 20, 2020, at 9:00 am EST, we will resume our normal business operations. Due to the high volume of orders, there could be a delay in shipping times. If you have any concerns, please call us directly.


Updated 4/3/2020

In compliance with prevention guidance from state and federal authorities, we have decided to suspend our operations to protect our employees and our community. Therefore, we will temporarily close our offices and other operations at the end of business on Friday, April 3, 2020. Employees who can work from home will do so but orders will not be shipped until we return. We hope that it will be safe to reopen and to start shipping orders again on April 20, 2020, but we will assess the situation at that time and decide then. We will, of course, be providing updates.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. Our mission is “Protecting what matters most”. Right now the protection of our employees, their families, and our community is most important during these unprecedented times and we feel that temporarily closing is the best way to protect them.
